LEADERSHIP

I know a leader, 

One that's obsessed with power 

He's inexperienced, yet unteachable

So rude it makes me wonder, does he lack self-esteem?

Subordinates filled with potential,

How unfortunate! because these potentials are not considered,

How wasteful! again this leader knows it all.

He knows it all, no one else knows better 

For this reason, his decision supersedes all

Should I continue, to go on and on about this leader?

Or am I boring you already?

This leader delegates authority to subordinates 

Yet performs the same function, 

Could he be confused? 

Or could it be that he lacked the patience to observe how steadily they performed their duties?

He doesn't respect his subordinates,

 Neither does he take their opinions seriously, 

I think he forgets, that to be a leader, you must have followers.
